Content and replies with human review
Before.
The content team switched between audience research, the content plan, a text generator and Threads itself. Replies to followers were handled manually one by one, context got lost, and publishing AI text without review felt risky.
What we built.
We built an agent with a knowledge base and skills tailored to the account: it researches the audience, runs the calendar, and drafts posts and replies. A person reviews every draft before it goes out; nothing is sent automatically.
What changed.
The agent does the prep work, a person makes the call. Content and replies come from one workspace.
