From menu choice to payment.
One order from kiosk to checkout
Before.
The self-service kiosk and the POS were separate products with separate catalogs: modifiers and the stop list had to be synced by hand, some errors reached the cashier, and guests spent extra time choosing.
What we built.
We built a guest interface with a menu and a voice assistant, plus a working POS, both on the same order logic. Format, items, modifiers and the receipt flow into the POS with no re-entry; the menu and stop list come from the accounting system.
What changed.
One order moves through two interfaces without a break. The catalog is maintained once.
